We have only 2 English speakers in here; our clinic director’s level of English is “communicable”, and mine is “workable” in a certain area.

Other clinic staff should communicate with non-Japanese speakers as well, but I cannot expect them to speak English right away.

 

Therefore, we created an original “point and speak” book, for better communication with you.

Receptionist points questions in the book such as confirming your purpose of visit; medical screening or have any symptoms, etc.

I think you feel nervous if it is your 1st meeting with a doctor and if you cannot communicate with receptionist in the clinic, it makes you more nervous.

We want you to relax and feel ease to visit our clinic. I believe it is important factor for smooth consultation and treatment for you.
